Learning real estate paperwork comes best with real life experience. I have been in the real estate industry since 2009. I am a licensed REALTOR®, which means I am able to help with paperwork more than an unlicensed assistant (in the state of TN). I have completed well over 2000 contracts in my career.  And with a DISC profile of CS, you can be assured I am looking out for those initials and signatures you missed & the extension you forgot. 

I live in the Great Smoky Mountains! Knoxville, Tennessee. Volunteer Country. Rocky Top. (Just look at those GORGEOUS mountains behind me). 

I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and English Literature from Jacksonville State University. 

I've earned designations GRI, ABR®, SRS, SFR®, C2EX, PSA, and RENE. I've worked in the mortgage industry, contract to close, listing coordinator to large teams for most of my career. I am also a certified real estate instructor through TREEF, Certified Distance Education Instructor with ARELLO, and a member of East Tennessee Realtors® member of the Professional Development Committee. 

I'm married to an Army veteran, and have 3 grown kids. We love to travel when I'm not helping agents grow their business.

 I’m Heather Cook, a licensed Real Estate Broker who found my true niche in transaction coordinating. 

Since 2019, I’ve worked in real estate and for the past 3.5 years, I’ve specialized in guiding deals from contract to close—successfully helping agents and their clients through more than 130 transactions. With a mix of professionalism, organization, and a friendly touch, I take care of the details so agents can focus on building relationships and growing their business.
