Learning real estate paperwork comes best with real life experience. I have been in the real estate industry since 2009. I am a licensed REALTOR®, which means I am able to help with paperwork more than an unlicensed assistant (in the state of TN). I have completed well over 1500 contracts in my career.  And with a DISC profile of CS, you can be assured I am looking out for those initials and signatures you missed & the extension you forgot. 

I live in the Great Smoky Mountains! Knoxville, Tennessee. Volunteer Country. Rocky Top. (Just look at those GORGEOUS mountains behind me) It's beautiful here and I enjoy working remotely from my home for agents all over. I have lived in Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, Florida, Michigan, Texas, California, Indiana, Tennessee, and Australia. I hope to never move again! 

I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and English Literature from Jacksonville State University. 

I've earned designations GRI, ABR®, SRS, SFR®, C2EX, and RENE. I've worked in the mortgage industry, contract to close, listing coordinator to large teams for most of my career. I am also a certified real estate instructor through TREEF, Certified Distance Education Instructor with ARELLO, and a member of East Tennessee Realtors® member of the Professional Development Committee. 

Before finding myself in the real estate world, I had been a substitute teacher and an executive assistant at a software company. 

I'm married to an Army veteran, have 3 kids and 4 stepkids. Empty nester. We are a divided household with 8 different colleges represented (because college sports matters!) I have graduates from Norwich University, Mississippi State, University of Alabama, Auburn, and Tennessee, University of Georgia, and Purdue.

I enjoy being a transaction coordinator supporting busy Realtors. I am dedicated to every contract and every agent I work for. 

In my spare time, I enjoy going out on our boat, any kind of crafts, DIYing (and then having to have my DIY fixed by professionals later!), traveling, and mostly spending time with my family in this wonderful community. I am thankful to God for giving me so many wonderful people who have guided me and helped me along the way.
